SC-3201 INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE COATING STUD COAT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 
The SC-3201 Stud Coating is a blend of graphite, glass frit in a blend of organic solvents designed for use on the face panel of cathode ray tubes after filming lacquer application.

FEATURES: 
The coating may be applied by brush or sponge and produces a smooth hard deposit which reduces the potential for loose particles and high voltage arcing in the tube.

TYPICAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Solids: 29.5 to 32.5 %
Spec. Gr. 1. 08 to 1. 13 g/ce
Viscosity: 200 to 300 cps Brookfield 1,VT(#3, 60 rpm @ 25 *Q
Resistance: less than 500 Ohms/sq. (I mil dry/25 u/m)

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
The SC-3201 should be rolled at least four hours before using making sure that
any settling has been completely mixed into suspension..

APPLICATION: 
The coating can be applied by brush or sponge.

STORAGE and HANDLING: 
Store in original container in a cool dry area away from heat or open flame and out of direct sunlight at approximately 40 to 70 *F (5 to 25 'C). Shelf life is 6 months from date of manufacturing with pot life of one week after container has been opened..

Available in one or five gallon plastic or steel containers.
