ODW-3400
OUTER CONDUCTIVE COATING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Outer Conductive Coating ODW-3400, is a blend of graphite and conductive carbon in a modified acrylic resin systems and water. This material is formulated to provide a conductive coating on the exterior funnel of the cathode ray tube.

FEATURES: The ODW-3400 coating may be applied by roller, spray, sponge or brush and produces a smooth hard scratch resistant deposit with excellent adhesion on glass. The thoroughly dried film has superior humidity and water resistant.

TYPICAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Color: Black
Solids:- 32 to 38 %
Specific Gr. 1. 140 to 1. 188
Viscosity: 3 10 to 410 cps Brookfield LVT(#3, 60 rpm @ 25 *C)

ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE: 3 mil draw down less than 40 Ohms/sq. 5 mil draw down less than 25 Ohms/sq.

DRYING: The coating will air dry in 10 to 20 minutes.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: The ODW-3400 must be rolled or mixed thoroughly before use. Mixing will cause the viscosity to drop below 300 cps but will recover and maintain 3 10 to 4 10 cps for approximately 90 minutes. If allowed to stand for more than 2 hours the coating must be hand mixed 20 to 30 seconds berore taking a viscosity reading.

APPLICATION:
The coating may be applied roller coating, brush or sponge. The coating is ready to use. THINNING: Not required.

SHIPPING, STORAGE and HANDLING:
Store in original container in a cool area out of direct sunlight at approximately 40 to 70 'F (5 to 25 'C). Shelf life is 6 months. Available in five or fifly-five gallons lined containers. Also, available in 5 gallon plastic pails. DO NOT FREEZE FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY
