ODW-3350 OUTER CONDUCTIVE COATING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Outer Conductive Coating ODW-3350, is a blend of graphite and conductive carbon in modified acrylic resin systems and water. This material is formulated to provide a conductive coating oil tile exterior funnel of the cathode ray tube.

FEATURES: The ODW-3350 coating may be applied by roller, spray, sponge or brush and produces a smooth hard scratch resistant deposit with excellent adhesion on glass.  The thoroughly dried film has superior humidity and water resistant.

TYPICAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Color: Black
Solids: 32 to 38 %
Spec, Gr. 1. 140 to 1, 171 g/cc
Viscosity: 3 10 to 4 10 cps Brookfield LVT(H2 @, 60 rpm -25 'C)

ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE:
3 mil draw down less than 40 Ohms/sq.
5 mil draw down less than 25 Ohms/sq.

DRYING:
The coating will air dry in 10 to 20 minutes or heated forced air will accelerate drying.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
The ODW-3350 must be rolled or mixed thoroughly before use.

APPLICATION:
The coating may be applied by roller coating, brush or sponge. The coating is ready to use. THINNING: Not required. To lower viscosity for spray, add
D.I. water.

SHIPPING, STORAGE and HANDLING:
Store in original container in a cool area out of direct sunlight a( approximately 40 to 70 'F (15 to 25 '(7). Shelf life is 6 months. Available in five or fifty-five gallon lined containers. Also, available in 5 gallon plastic pails.
