| Currently supplying the automotive, electronics, communication and sports industries, Commercial Spring and Tool offers a complete range of services such as prototype developing, in-house tooling, stamping, spring and wire forming, heat treating, and zinc plating. Our product line consists of torsion springs, flat wire springs, power springs, spring clips, and metal stampings. |

|
Commercial Spring and Tool owns Canada's largest and most up-to-date
austempering operation: 4 shaker hearth furnaces and the only continuous mesh belt furnace in Canada. Computers control the generation of endothermic gas and the furnace atmospheres to eliminate scale and
decarburization of the product. |
 |
We combine the latest in manufacturing equipment for metal forming, heat treating and electro-plating operations under one roof. Commercial Spring and Tool's manufacturing facility houses 16 torsion winders, 27 multislides, 10 CNC spring winders, and 30 presses ranging in size from 30 tons to 600 tons. |
Our zinc electro-plating facility is located in Midland, Ontario where we utilize double hoisted digitally controlled barrel and rack lines. Three furnaces bake the product for hydrogen embrittlement relief. Commercial Metal Finishing plates and tests products conforming to specifications of
Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Honda. |
| Commercial Spring and Tool designs, builds and maintains tools and dies. CAD tool design stations interface directly with two EDM units. Twenty highly experienced tool makers build and maintain the dies to specifications and support our production lines. |
Through our vertically integrated operations, Commercial Spring and Tool has built a strong reputation for innovation, reliability and quality. As a producer of premium springs, stampings and engineered metal parts, we offer competitive costing and prompt delivery. |

|
Our prototype specialists work directly with our clients to determine their needs and follow with the prompt, efficient designing and manufacturing of prototype springs, clips and stampings. All prototype designs ensure economical mass production.
