LA-222 FILMING LACQUER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

LA-222 is a lacquer designed to provide a reflective film on the surface of settled phosphor screens in cathode ray tubes which are to be vacuum metallized.

FEATURES:

Due to the very reflective film provided by LA-222 filming lacquer, phosphor screens produce very high light output.

APPLICATION:
Spray - through spraying systems SS110 nozzle at 30-40 lbs. tank
pressure

REDUCTION:

None normally required toluol may be used.

STORAGE & HANDLING:

LA-222 filming lacquer contains flammable solvents. Keep away from open flames or sparks. Containers should be tightly sealed to prevent solvent evaporation, thereby upsetting the solvent balance of the system. Storage periods exceeding six months should be avoided. Material should be used in well ventilated area.

SHIPPING CONTAINERS:

Five and fifty-five gallon, non-returnable, epoxy phenolic lined tight head pails and drums.
