G9104A INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE FUNNEL COATING

Product Description: G9104A is an aqueous conductive coating containing suspended particles of graphite and iron oxide in a sodium silicate solution.

Features: G9104A internal conductive funnel coating for color kinescopes has very good adherence to glass, moderate electrical resistance, and very good scratch resistance.

Application:
Method - Spray
Diluent - Deionized water may be used
Drying - 1 to 2 minutes 'in air on a warm (40-600C) funnel

Performance (1-mil thick baked film):
Resistance - 800 to 2560 ohms/inch
Hardness - Greater than 800 g-load (Hoffinan Scratch Test)
