G9005A INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE STUD COATING

Product Description: G9005A is an aqueous conductive coating containing suspended particles of graphite and iron oxide in a sodium silicate solution.

Features: G9005A internal conductive stud coating for color kinescopes has very good adherence to glass, low electrical resistance, and good scratch resistance.

Application:
Method - Brush
Diluent - Deionizea water may be used
Drying - 1 to 2 minutes in air on a warm (40-600C) panel

Performance (I -mil thick baked film):
Resistance - 150 to 350 ohms/inch
Hardness - Greater than 450 g-load (Hoffi-nan Scratch Test)
