THE SYSTEM INCLUDES SEALANTS, DIELECTRIC, PLUG GLASS AND TUBULATION.
KIA offers the components needed for the flat panel display industry.
In the following tables we have arranged the materials, which include sealants, dielectrics, plug glass and
tubulation, into groups matching available substrate systems supplied by others.
KIA will furnish sealants in either powder form or, for vitreous compositions, as rod with round or square cross section for seal frames, depending on manufacturer preference. We offer precision spacer rods in various sizes to exacting tolerances. We have developed a package of components to match each of the following substrate systems:
KIA's most popular frit glasses are for sealing
alumina, sealing stainless steel, sealing quartz, alkali free frit, sealing
molybdenum, sealing kovar, resistor glass, fiber optics, conductive glass, and
lead free frit glass.
