BCW-1000 WHITE Booth Coating-Water Based

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The BCW- 1000 is a modified vinyl water based coating designed to provide a protective coating on the interior walls of a spray booth or provide a protective layer to prevent damage during transportation. This material will adhere to any reasonable clean surface and can be used on glass, ferrous or non ferrous metals and some plastics.

FEATURES: 
The thoroughly dried BCW coating provides a protective coating against paint, greases and oil making clean-up easier. The dried coating may be removed by peeling or stripping off. No tools or chemicals are necessary.

DRYING:
Air dry with positive air circulation. Dry to touch in 10 to 20 minutes and thorough dry 90 min. or by heating at low temperatures between 100 to 125F will accelerate drying.

Viscosity: 40 to 50 sec. # 2 ZAHN Cup
Solids: 50 to 60 % by weight
Density: 8.80 to 9.00 lbs/ gal ( 1.05 to 1.08 Kg / liter)

APPLICATION:
The material can be applied by spray, brush or roller. The product is provided ready to use or may be reduced if necessary with water. When adding water it will reduce the viscosity rapidly then thicken slightly before stabilizing.

COLOR: 
Semi-gloss translucent white. Colors available upon request.

SHIPPING & STORAGE:
Available in 1, 5 and 55 gallon unlined open head containers. Store in original container in a dry area at 40 to 75 'F ( 4.5 to 24 *C DATE: 06/11/97
