Anti-Corona Coating Water Reducible

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The ACW -Series is a water reducible, silicone modified alkyd coating designed to provide a high voltage insulating coating around the anode buttons of cathode-ray tubes. The thoroughly dried film has excellent abrasion and scratch resistance.

FEATURES: 
The thoroughly cured ACW coating provides an exceptional high electrical resistance giving excellent arc resistance under high humidity conditions.

DRYING: 
Air dry with positive air circulation. Dry to touch in 45 to 60 minutes and through dry 90 min. with full film properties in 5 to 7 days. Heating at low temp. 120 to 150^oF will accelerate film oxidation.

APPLICATION: 
The material can be applied by spray, brush or roller on preheated glass at 125^oF. Then bake the glass at 150^oF for 5 minutes. The product is provided ready-to use or may be reduced with. D1 water as necessary.
