ACW-4215 GLOSS RED Anti-Corona Coating


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 
The ACW-4215 is a fast drying silicone modified water based acrylic coating designed to provide a high voltage insulating coating around the anode buttons of cathode-ray tubes. The thoroughly dried film has excellent abrasion and scratch resistance.

FEATURES: 
The thoroughly dried ACW coating provides an exceptional high electrical resistance giving excellent arc resistance under high humidity conditions.

DRYING:
Dry to touch in 10 to 15 minutes and through dry 90 min. or by heating at low temp. 120 to125^oF will accelerate drying.

Viscosity: 200 to 250 cps # 3 @ 60 rpm
Solids: 25 to 30 %
Density: 8.33 to 8.55 lbs./ gallon
3.79 to 3.89 Kg/ gallon

APPLICATION:
The material can be applied by spray, brush or roller, The product is provided ready to use or may be reduced with water as necessary for special applications.

COLOR:
Gloss translucent red .
