| | 1-2041 INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE COATING FLOW COAT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 1-2041 Flow Coat is an iron oxide and graphite conductive material with potassium silicate and DI water. The coating is designed for
application to the internal surface of the cathode ray tube by the flow coating process.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: The coating is ready to use direct from the container with no additional handling. The 1-2041 FC should be rolled at least 12 hours before using.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Solids: 28 to 32 %
Spec. Gr.: 1,25 to 1.35
Viscosity: 10 to 15 cps Brookfield LVT # 1, 60 rpm at 25 'C
Resistance: 2000 to 20,000 Ohms/sq.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
To reduce the viscosity DI water can be added to the coating. When adding DI water to the coating, it should be under agitation and then rolled or mixed at a low speed approximately four hours before using.
STORAGE and HANDLING: Store in original container in a cool area out of direct sunlight at approximately 40 to 70 'F (5 to 22 'C). The shelf life of the coating is 6 months from date of manufacturing.
