1-2040 INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE COATING FLOW COAT CONCENTRATE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 1-2040 Flow Coat Concentrate, is an iron oxide and graphite blend suspended in water. The FCC is designed to be mixed with a potassium silicate and DI water to produce an internal conductive coating for cathode ray tubes.

FEATURES: The use of a concentrate provides the flexibility to mix the quantities as required. This allows the engineer the flexibility to adjust the coating to meet for different products or production using the same base. The concentrate also provides lower shipping costs from conventional coatings.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
The 1-2040 FCC should be rolled at least four hours before let down.
Mixing Ratio. 240 parts 1-2040 FCC
200 parts Kasil 2130 or equivalent
50 parts DI-Water
Slowly add the potassium silicate then the DI-water to the concentrate while under continuous mixing. After all ingredients have been added cover the container and stir slowly, or roll, for 12 hours before using. If the mixture is stored for any period
