1-2039 INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE COATING FUNNEL COAT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 1-2039 Funnel Coating is a blend of graphite, iron oxide and aluminum silicate in sodium silicate and deionized water. This material is formulated to provide a conductive coating on the inside of the funnel of cathode-ray tubes.

FEATURES: The coating may be applied by spray or brush and produces a smooth hard chalk resistant deposit that reduces the potential for loose particles and high voltage arcing in the tube.

TYPICAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Solids: 37 to 43 %
Spec. Gr. 1.399 to 1.417 g/cc
Viscosity: 200 to 250 cps Brookfield LVT(#2, 60 rpm 25 'C)
Resistance: 1400 to 2000 Ohms/sq. (I mil dry/25 u/m)

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: The 1-2039 CC should be rolled at least four hours before using.

APPLICATION: Spray at low pressure (40 to 60 psi).  The coating is ready to use.

STORAGE and HANDLING:
Store in original container in a cool area out of direct sunlight at approximately 40 to 70 *F (5 to 25 'Q). Shelf life is 6 months. DO NOT FREEZE.

SHIPPING: Available in five and fifty-five gallon lined containers. 
Also available in 5 gallon plastic pails.
