1-2038 INTERNAL CONDUCTIVE COATING PATCH COAT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The 1-2038 Patch Coating is a blend of graphite, iron oxide in sodium silicate, and deionized water. This material is formulated to provide a hard conductive coating over 1-2033, 1-2034 or 1-2036 on the funnel of cathode ray tubes.

FEATURES: The coating may be applied by brush or sponge and produces a smooth hard chalk resistant deposit that reduces the potential for loose particles and high voltage arcing in the tube.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
The 1-2038 PC should be rolled at least four hours before using.

APPLICATION:
The coating may be applied with a brush or sponge. The coating is ready to use.

STORAGE and HANDLING:
Store in original container in a cool area out of direct sunlight at approximately 40 to 70 'F (5 to 25 'Q). Shelf life is 6 months.

SHIPPING:
Available in five gallon or fifty-five gallon lined containers.  Also available in 5 gallon plastic container. DO NOT FREEZE.
